As Director of Student Financial Services at Goucher College, Alisha Mondloch is dedicated to making higher education more accessible by helping students and families navigate the complexities of college financing. She leads financial aid and student account operations with a focus on compliance, innovation, and exceptional student service. Throughout her career, Alisha has championed initiatives that improve processes, strengthen collaboration across campus, and expand access to financial resources, always with the goal of helping students persist to graduation.

Alisha is currently leading Goucher College's financial aid modernization efforts as part of the institution's transition to Workday Student, overseeing the transformation of financial aid and student financial services processes to create a more efficient, student centered experience. She is passionate about leveraging technology, strategic planning, and policy development to enhance service while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
