Agenda: 5:15 pm: Arrival & Setup: College Reps arrive on campus and will be directed where to park and directed to our Four-court gym to set-up their table. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
6pm – 8pm: Fair in Session

Who’s Coming – In addition to Loyola’s student body (9th – 11th graders) we will also extended invitations to Notre Dame Prep, Maryvale, Mercy, and Cristo Rey high schools.
How do we capture student info: We will be utilizing “Strive Scan” and they will be reaching out to you individually before the fair.
What should I bring? You will be provided with an unclothed 6-foot table and two chairs (you must bring a tablecloth). Please be prepared to share admissions info, financial aid take-aways, summer programming opportunities and scholarship information. You are open to bring banners, trinkets, or anything you feel with capture the students’ attention. Please bring enough materials for 200-300 people.
